Moses Cone Hospital is offering free credit monitoring to 14,380 patients 
after a laptop computer containing confidential information was stolen 
from a vendor in Canton, Ga.

Letters have been sent to the affected cardiology and orthopedic patients 
treated at Moses Cone Health System's Hospitals between February 2004 and 
February 2009.
