Merri, Thanks for the copy of the excellent AAU article.
I also received a summary writeup on the oversight hearing from our
Yale General Counsel which was similar in nature to the AAU article.
In addition they provided copies of all of the statements by those who
spoke at the hearing ("witnesses") and these statements are on the Web at:
