Chronicle 9/25:To Bolster Security, Fort Wayne Campus Requires Computer Users to Adopt Password-Protected Screensavers

*  PROFESSORS AND ADMINISTRATORS using computers on the Purdue
   University network have traded in their personal screensavers
   for new ones that require them to enter their names and
   passwords when their computers are idle for more than 15
   minutes. The switch was mandated by university officials
   hoping to make sensitive student information more secure.
