Wireless Authentication

We're finally implementing wireless capability on campus and continue to have serious concerns on how to secure the 
overall network. Of course we're going to have an authentication process, however, I would like to have some input on 
other areas I might want to be aware of and possible safeguards that could help me avoid sleepless nights.
