VMWare Classroom / Lab

We starting to use VMWare in our IT classrooms and would like to stay
on top of the deployment.

I'm wondering if any of you are using VMWare and if so, what has your
experience been in managing it?  Are you using any tools such as the
management, enterprise desktop, and accelerator pieces?  Any insight
would be appreciated.
