SOC

Hi Everyone:



I know more detailed information about this has gone around the list but I
am trying to find out just a couple of items surrounding the prevalence (or
lack of) SOCs within institutions of higher education.  So if you have a SOC
and wouldn't mind replying I would like to know:



        how many people staff it

        is it part of your InfoSec group or part of your call center/help
desk group
