Secure file transfers to banks

            We are looking at a new process that would make payments to the
bank for our universities procurement cards.  This process would enable the
university to send payments electronically rather than creating AP checks.
The bank is not recommending any type of software so we are looking for
solutions.  One of the products we were told to look at is Mastercard File
Express.  Does anyone have any experience with this product or have any
products we should consider using?
