We are using Milestone Systems Xprotect Corporate product on the
software side. We're very pleased with the product and highly recommend
it.  We have a few different legacy camera and encoder manufactures
deployed but are largely moving forward with Axis products for new
installs. Our approach was to just have a materials contract for the
hardware and software that we use. All
integration/installation/support/etc work is now performed in-house.
(AKA, the whole service is ran in-house) If anyone has any questions on
