Yes, vendors who realize that archives and Google are forever, so they by and large behave themselves, and bring lots of tech expertise to the table. Works great for all concerned - I'd not be surprised if those vendors have gotten more business by quietly impressing the .edus with their tech skills than they would have by sending marketing suits...
