Not here, and we have a lot of foreign students (I don't know how many are
Korean).

Here we consider anything that scores above 5 spam and mark it as such in one
of the SpamAssassin headers.  Anything over 10 gets "(UCI-DISCARD?" in the
Subject: header as well, to help indicate that it's probably junk.  We don't
discard email based on SpamAssassin score - we let the users decide what do to
with the spam email, and provide them with an easy web page way to do that.
Anything that looks like phishing email gets quarantined until someone looks
at it and either trashes it or releases it (if it was a false positive, which
are very rare).
