Compliance and Privacy Officers

Hi Everyone:

I apologize if this topic has come up before and I missed it.  I was wondering if you would mind answering three 
questions for me - If you prefer to send response directly to me that is fine -  I will compile the results and share 
back to the list.

Name of IHE:                                            (ok to use name in the compiled results?)

Does the Senior Information Security Person at your institution also fill the role of HIPAA Privacy Officer?

Does the Senior Information Security Person at your institution also fill the role of the Institutions Compliance 
Officer?

For a response of "No" to either of the above where do these roles sit in your institution?
