I am collecting some information on Line of Authority, who can request a security investigation, to develop our own.

How many students does your university have? 47K+
How many employees does your university have? 11K+
How many campuses does your university have? 14 colleges and 3 main campus'

Who/Whom has the right to request an IT investigation or cyber investigation into an employee? Any VP level Manager or 
equivalent - i.e. Dean  :  UCPD  :   General Counsel
