echoSign implementation

Hello all,

We are in the process of evaluating electronic signature solutions and I was hoping to speak to a university which has 
implemented Adobe echoSign. Specifically I'm curious how it was leveraged for existing processes, what retention 
standards were used, any API usage, etc.
