NIST 800-171 budgeting

We are budgeting for full NIST 800-171 compliance including options for purpose-built environments.  I've had 
conversations with a few individuals here about their particular experiences but wanted to ask the wider audience as 
well.  

What kind of premium are you seeing (in dollars, per cent, etc.) for NIST 800-171 covered projects/operations?  How 
does the cost vary between using a gov cloud or building a private cloud, etc.?  

Please feel free to reply either on or off list - I'm just trying to get a reasonable estimate on the numbers involved.
