Hi everyone,

I know managing access control, accounts, and such in Google has come up several times on the email list with 
discussion about tools, etc. As part of the new NET+ Google Workspace for Education program, we’re doing a survey to 
identify potential new tools and features and I thought getting the security community’s feedback in the survey could 
help with new tools/features that security teams might use, so I’m forwarding this survey request.

As many of you already know, Internet2<https://internet2.edu>, as part of the NET+ Google Workspace for 
Education<https://internet2.edu/services/net-google-workspace-for-education/> program, has formed a working group with 
a focus on Google Workspace for Education (GWE) Management Tools. The working group meets bi-weekly with 
representatives from Google and Amplified IT and has created a list of tool requirements to help with storage 
management.

Google will launch a series of new tools and features in the coming months. We are seeking input from the higher 
education community to help us with the ranking of tool requirements. This prioritization effort is focused on later 
enhancements, beyond the initial set of tools which are already in development.
