Problems with Guard IT Firewall

Hello:
We have problems with Guard IT firewall. The basic problems are with
registration. After a couple of hours, the firewall began to log license
problems. 

All the registration problem is fine, no errors, after reboot all works fine
(we reboot several times, disconect the power cord, etc). Of course,
reinstalling the product again began with the same "feature".

CA indicates that the hardware was changed, but the actual PC is not plug
and play, and also anyone is changing hardware so quickly.

Have anyone some issue or idea about this problem, and using Guard IT?, any
reference?
