Experience with Gigabit Firewall

Hi, i'm looking for a firewall solutions, that could support 500mb/s of
effective traffic in gigabit ethernet.

I need a failover solutions.

Now my boss think about a Cisco 7500 with 3 VIP and, all with hot standby
gigaethernet, a IOS IP/FW 12.1(4) but i'd like to propose some other
"Real" Firewall .
