Experiences with a product called "eroom"

We are considering implementing a product called "eroom" for collaboration
with external business partners.  I am looking for any comments and
experiences about the product.  We will need to operate with both Gauntlet
and Checkpoint FW-1 firewalls.  Any security issues, firewall problems, or
other input would be greatly appreciated. TIA.   dave
