Well My apologies for reply to late, but I was testing some tools that all the people recommend me... 

Kevin Knaul, ohh yes I prefer open source tools, but if you know about some good comercial tool its good to my, Im will 
test it and maybe serve to my propouse.

I have another questions that could maybe someone of the list maybe help me:

Does anybody knows about some tool or apliance that can analyze network traffic from a mirror port ?

Does exists an open source tool like sflow that can use collectors and realize statistical data analyse?

Im the past days I been tested:

OSSIM
Cacti
Ntop
Splunk

In this case OSSIM and Cacti for me was a great tools, cacti comes in second place and the problem with splunk was the 
license.

and unfortunately I only could seen some videos from tools like these:

tenable security center
qradar from qlabs
sflow
