Administrivia: Regarding Missing Posts

Yes, this is what happened and caused the confusion for Paul thinking a
posting had been pulled from distribution to the list.  I fully support
the list its goals of non-moderation.  sorry for any confusion that might
have been caused due to my choices of words.
