Regardless... Paller says that he does not think the systems for SCADA and
DCS
running our critical infrastructure controls are using Windows... this is
FALSE, and there
are many documents to prove that Windows is what they are running
(majority).

One way it might be related is if the "alarms that were ignored" were
supposed to be displayed on a windows workstation which was then taken out
by the worm.
