Hi, It looks to me like the U.S. State Department needs this free "DCOMbobulator" tool for turning off DCOM on their Windows computers: http://grc.com/dcom/ For most Windows users, I bet that the only time DCOM ever gets used, if at all, is to run worms like MSBlaster and Welchia. CNN State Department Producer WASHINGTON (CNN) --A computer worm named "Welchia" contaminated part of the U.S. State Department's computer network on Tuesday, according to a senior State Department official. The worm did not affect the network's classified files.
