I'm not apologizing for anything - those are the facts.  The way the  
response to the disaster was handled was very unfortunate, but you  
can't honestly believe that it was the President's fault??

Would you have preferred that Federal soldiers invade Louisiana to  
bypass the inept state government?  That would just have given the  
liberals something else to whine about.  Nevermind that they would be  
alive - the Federal government BROKE THE LAW!

Perhaps you can explain why Louisiana state officials blocked 2 Red  
Cross convoys carrying relief supplies from entering New Orleans?
