I know about these three. Haven't really used anything but androguard though, so can't tell how much use these will be to you. http://code.google.com/p/androguard/ http://code.google.com/p/apkinspector/ http://code.google.com/p/droidbox/ - sandbox tool for dynamic Android malware analysis.
