I loved the paper, and you're thinking on this one Fergie, now on this subject.

If the Internet goes tits up or not, what about doing this anyway?

Which brings me on to "Secure Internet" ;-)

A group of IS professionals, set up their own Internet, secure it somehow, haven't really thought all this through, just came to me while reading your HOWTO ;-) Maybe you'd have to VPN into it or something, and it's kind of an exclusive playground.

Maybe I've just had a long day at work?

A number of people, notably Viviane Reding, the European Commissioner for Information Society and Media, have been asking about how to Break The Internet. Since Mme Reding seems to have absolutely no prior experience in the Information Technology, Computing or Telecommunications industries, I have prepared this brief HOWTO.
