 agreed.  Here in Mass, gambling is illegal, Rhode Island, Maine too....
Although we do have newport Hiligh (however you spell it) and dog tracks
with some video poker machines, here in mass that are full-up almost all the
time, but no actual casinos....
   
  Just like not being able to sell Liquor on Sundays here in Mass, which was
finally pulled off the books not too long ago...  Some freaking moral hurdle
to selling booze on Sunday.. Gimme a break, people obviously want to buy
whatever they want on Sunday, as there is a lot of it happening now.....

  I don't get it either.....  What about the people running porn sites in
Europe with 16 year olds on it?  Legal there, but illegal here...  Who gets
sent to jail, the person here that downloads the pictures, not the site
owner because in their country they're not doing anything illegal....

  Watch, the gov wants to arrest this guy so they can propose an internet
censorship bill to prevent ISP's here in the states from allowing access to
gambling sites overseas.....  I can see it happening.... Or at least I can
see the attempt....

How many states still don't have "riverboat" gambling?

Of course we want it here, and the states want it in their states -
and the Indians REALLY want it!

Our problem is some "moral hurdle" we have to make it over to get
gambling legal, however, like the lottery and the boats and casinos on
Indian reservations. I don't know why we put that hurdle up but
apparently we do.

Question I have here is: how did this guy break a US law from the UK?
I never understood it with the Panama bullshit and I don't understand
it in this instance...
