Schlage adds wireless remote to door-lock line
Schlage is building wireless automated technology into its family of
door-lock products with a Web-enabled device that allows customers to use
any device with a browser to power and monitor a lock, the company said.
Executives say the wireless product is based on Schlage's line of keypad
locks and came about after consumers requested a way to use them remotely.
