Very weird.

First off, the resolution and quality are appalling.  Possibly an
attempt to hide alterations?

I'm not familiar with Hawaiian birth certificate forms, but there is an
odd squiggle in the border just to the right of the "certificate of live
birth" header, and the two vertical bars seem to have odd terminations
just where the meet the top bar.

About an inch from the bottom, slightly right of centre, there seems to
be "bleed through" from a stamp that might say JUN - 6 2007 (reversed).
This might argue that is *is* a valid birth certificate -- for someone
...
