This is a hard one to argue against, it leaves the question of "how did they get your PIN?" to be answered. The only
answers possible are:
o Someone saw/stole it
o the bank has bad tech
o the customer wrote it down
The first one is entirely possible if you had just used your debit card but hard to believe otherwise.
The second is possible but unlikely (most systems do not allow bank employees to see PINs), so it would have to be
either really really bad tech or really realy smart and organized thieves.
The last seems much more likely.
Proving reasonable efforts for the bank is easy, for the customer is hard. I'd hate to be arguing the customers' side
in court.
