Was teaching phys sec one time when the power went off.  (My laptop screen and 
laser pointer were the only light sources on the floor.)

Was teaching BCP one time when a flood came pouring out of the ceiling.  (Used 
it to illustrate difference between BC and DR.)

Came in one morning to teach the legal domain, and found the students in the 
hall: the contractor had messed up and not paid his bills.
