You don't think the somewhat "threatening" or "menacing" tone, and use
of the word "assassination" might have contributed to the level of
response?

Note that "terrorism" and "threatening behavior" are generally judged
in terms of the affect felt by the "threatened" (or "target") and NOT
by the (claimed) incentive of the threatener...
I view the criticism as "sharp tongued" and nothing more. A sharp
tongue is one of my redeeming qualities :)

Unfortunately (for most folks who are subjugated), judges, in effect,
cannot be removed. Or more correctly, will not be removed (confer:
Judge James Ware, United States District Court for the Northern
District of California [1,2,3]).

But as a public official, they are subject to criticism. Perhaps they
should consider their internal fortitude before seeking and accepting
a public office. I do not suffer their "fears of the dark".

As a post script, consider: Pat Robertson, a US based Christian
religious leader, called for the assassination of a world leader. The
US government did not take action during a time when Muslim religious
leaders were being labeled as terrorist for the same. So I find it
laughable that the US government took time out of their busy day for
me.
