Pearson Venue Contacts?

Does anyone know if the phone numbers listed at
http://www.pearsonvue.com/contact/ actually work? For example,
877-863-0386.

I got through once but was dropped while waiting. Callback attempts
did not even get through - after dialing I got nothing (it did not
even sound like the call was picked up).

Does anyone have a good contact number for them for scheduling a test?
