A product like vserver could also be quite useful.  It is similar to 
UML or Vmware, but it's not an abstraction layer, rather it enforces 
process contexts inside the linkux kernel.  I haven't really 
experimented with creating a bunch on honeypots on one machine with 
this project, but I can't imagine it would be that difficult.
