Data transfer limitation

ello honeypots,

      I've little question about 'transfer limit software'. I want to
      restrict number of data flowing between subnet PCs and internet
      to, let say, 15Gb per month. Which tool i should use that will
      work with FreeBSD5.0? Any ideas?
