Hi All few doubts : a) I have a web server running ,MS IIS, I have enabled anonymous access only and removed IUSR_computername account from user right "access this computer from n/w" .....only "log on locally" right has been assigned to this account......but the client browser is not able to access web server as it asks for n/w login and password. Is it mandatory to provide both rights to IUSR account to enable anonymous access. b) In licensing I have per server license and i allowed one concurrent connection......but many clients are able to access this web server and in the server manager I cannot see any user connected.......my doubt is though IIS uses IUSR_computername account to provide anonymous access then why it is not displayed in connected user.....where as if I have MS proxy running and anonymous access enabled then i can see current sessions , user logged in, using Internet Management console......but not in server manager. IUSR is also a user account then why so???? any suggestions will be welcome... TYI Madhur Nanda Infosys Tech. Ltd. Ph. 8520261-3440
