You could try emailing the author, Dorothy Denning, herself. I had a question
about the information warfare mailing list she mentions in the preface of her
recent info warfare book; she was responsive and helpful. I don't have her
address in front of me, but I'm sure it is available at Purdue (or I could get
it for you if you cannot find it).

This paper is unbelievably difficult to find. I spent a significant
amount of time at a local library looking through electronic catalogs of
various places, and have only been able to find a very few number of
copies in such remote places as the "pentagon library". Only references
to it are on the web, and a short abstract on purdue.edu's site... I did
put a request at the library to have a copy mailed to me from somewhere,
but I was just wondering if there is a good and reliable source for being
able to obtain such documents quickly... TIA.
