I am building a syllabus and data sheet for a Spring 2001 class in
encryption standards (SSL, Hashes, planned RSA events) and Network Security
and as part of my lesson plan I have set aside time to study the archaic
(but still used)
schemes such as MD4 and MD5 as part of the grand timeline of standards.
Obviously, there have been many papers and utilities written for appropriate
demonstration of decryption on both Unix and NT platforms, but what's
stalling me is finding a program to encrypt passwords and thereby produce
the standard LANMAN and NT Hash values so my students can learn.  Source,
but preferably EXE's.  Any feedback would be appreciated including RTFF or a
simple point in the right direction.
