995 - is secure POP3. As i know it is not have any vulnerability.
300 - is stupid scan in my opinion.
119 - it is NNTP and it port have a lot vulnerabilites.

Common resume - if you have installed all patches for your system (to your
newsserver) - you may do not worry.
