Mr Erik Taylor,

I have reverse engineered this binary (in most cases up to C) and posted the commented assembly code on the web.  You 
can go and grab a copy and have a look at what (little) it actually does.  This is a rather poorly written daemon

A few quick points.

It doesn't run as "in.identd"... it memcpy()'s that string to its argv[0] if there is no command line arguement...
