port 3647?

While doing some research on the web, I came across an
open port 3647. When I telneted to the port and hit
return a couple of times it answered with:
zolton (Assassins)
Please enter your nickname.

Here's the actual log from the transmission..

Does anyone have any information on such a thing? I
looked in all the usual places for info on that port
but nothing so far.
