Follow up on Apache Wierdness

I am running Apache/1.3.12 with PHP/4.0b4

These are the entries from the apache error_log:

Fault (11)

These entries repeat 5 times, each entry corrisponding with the message
of apache returning off the stack as uid 99 (SolarDesigner Patch).

Any thoughts?
