Netcraft is probably doing this because they have quite a good handle on shared hosting issues, given their other activities. 8-) I'm sure they know they beforehand if they block a shared hosting server, at least if it's also hosting domains of the form www.example.com under any of the ICANN gTLDs (for which zone files are available). -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Test Your IDS Is your IDS deployed correctly?
