     Please publish this pointer to your IP list.  It is the URL for the
Collaborative Internet Security Project, the multi-agency effort to try
to come up with some common grounds for establishing better security for
federal information resources connected to the Internet.  The URL is:
http://www.fnc.gov/cis_page.html. Yes, I know that the IETF and others have
already shown the way, but this effort could go a long way to bringing the
federal systems in line with what is going on in the rest of the Internet
community.
