Warshall writes that the book includes " "beyond-limits, combined warfare" that developing countries could employ to compensate for their military inferiority vis à vis the United States during high tech war. . . the book gives insights: into what warfare will become, and how... <[China]>... regards itself and the US. " The Whole Earth article is extremely provocative, but not online. The complete book, Unrestricted Warfare (1999, Peoples Liberation Army <[PLA]> Literature and Arts Publishing House, Beijing) is however, available for download online at www.terrorism.com/documents/unrestricted.pdf <http://www.terrorism.com/documents/unrestricted.pdf> Best Regards, Mike Liebhold ------ End of Forwarded Message ------------------------------------- You are subscribed as interesting-people () lists elistx com Archives at: http://www.interesting-people.org/archives/interesting-people/
