from IP:

The concept of throttling obvious spammers sending millions of messages 
is
potentially interesting IF you can figure out who they really are 
without
monitoring of the actual e-mail.  When I'm busy sending out a big 
PRIVACY
Forum mailing, I probably look like a spammer for quite a few hours!
