If you took a moment to speak with the folks at the Times, you would 
discover that they have a more sophisticated view about copyright than 
you. They are quietly pleased when people pass around their articles 
around -- they have correctly concluded that it drives traffic to their 
site, generates new subscribers, and also increases use of their paid 
archive access.  They thus would be very unhappy if the world conformed 
to your absolutist approach.
