Richard Bennett seems to be confusing computers with IP addresses for this supposed flaw. The number of TCP connections 
is bound by IP addresses and ports, not by the number of computers using those addresses and ports. If there's any 
fundamental inequality, it's those hoarding class A addresses... Plenty of room for wild conspiracy theories there:
