How is that different from the old ruling against the original Napster? From the description the two sites were 
maintaining databases of “alternative copies of movies”. If they flashed advertisements to their visitors, that means 
that they facilitated access to these copies, and derived financial benefits from this facilitation. IANAL, but the 
ruling looks like application of established doctrine, rather than a precedent against “linking to movies”.
