Here's an interesting issue that I question the legality of ... a  
colleague of mine who is an educator was asked by her employer (school  
system) to remove her Facebook profile after a student located it and  
a parent complained to the state.  There was nothing "incriminating"  
on the entry.  There is also no policy within the educational  
organization "against" online, publicly accessible profiles.  Is this  
an acceptable action?
