Lieberman and his allies may not have it both ways: if they are believe that being part of an anti-terrorist US 
organization is like fighting in an enemy army (the justification for their new amendment to the existing law about 
US citizens fighting in such armies), then those who are captured from terrorist organizations must be given the 
rights of prisoners of war, with all the requirements of the Geneva Conventions. If terrorist groups are not 
equivalent to foreign enemy armies for Geneva purposes, then the citizenship revocation argument fails.  {Jonathan}
